We helped EquityPro save over 800 hours a year by redesigning their web driven property inventory system. Their first quarter after launch saw a 100% increase in revenue, year-over-year.
Have an idea in mind? We’d love to hear about it.
Defining solutions.
Now that we defined the issues, we addressed them head-on through an iterative prototyping process. Our goals were to make it easier to manage their property inventory online while helping their clients quickly assess all the important details about a property with a single view.
Creating a new platform
To build this platform, we chose Drupal. Drupal’s flexible framework allowed us to rapidly build a one-of-a-kind property listings engine that’s easy to maintain. Now the entire EquityPro Advisor team adds properties to their website on a regular basis. This allowed their team to react quickly to recently secured property inventory.
With a more robust property listing engine, better information could be served to investors from a single platform. Previously, internal team members had to email photos and figures—a practice that accounted for over 800 more hours a year of work. Now, sharing new properties with clients is as easy as sending a URL.
The redesigned site also lets clients easily explore properties on any screen size. We created a responsive structure and finely tuned the smartphone experience for added convenience on-the-go.
The outcome
Through the first full quarter after the new website launched, we learned EquityPro now saves over 800 hours per year from their redesigned inventory management process. That made it possible for EquityPro to improve their Q1 results by over 100% year-over-year.

The challenge
EquityPro has become a trusted name in the wholesale real estate market in Florida. Their growth, fueled by their close-knit team of real estate experts, drove demand for a more efficient way to present real estate deals to clients. And since their investors are frequently on-the-go, a mobile optimized platform was a high priority.
Our mission was to transform how EquityPro engaged their clients into an experience that helped move real estate deals.
Learning the ropes.
We needed to see EquityPro’s challenges first-hand to build a solution that addressed real issues, not superfluous flaws. So we held interviews with their internal team, joined them on property evaluations, and had conversations with their clients. At the end of our discovery, we understood first-hand the challenges they faced and what their clients wanted.
Our investors are really looking for information where they can make a decision relatively quickly. So part of our goal was to make [that process] a more simplified experience.
